Samantha’s old composite fillings on her upper front teeth had become stained and increasingly visible. Her biggest concern? That replacing them would simply leave her with visible filling margins again.
After whitening, I replaced the old restorations using multiple composite shades and translucencies to recreate the depth and character of natural enamel. I also used composite bonding to close a small black triangle and subtly refine the edges of her front teeth.
The result: fresh, brighter teeth with restorations that blend naturally into her smile rather than looking like fillings.
Her only regret? Not doing it sooner.
