Parwinder – A Smile Worth Showing
Parwinder came to see me initially because of chipped front teeth. At first glance, it seemed like a simple cosmetic concern. But as we spoke more openly, it became clear he felt uncomfortable with his entire smile. He often avoided showing his teeth in photographs, holding back in moments that should feel easy.

Looking Beyond Chipped Teeth
Using clinical photography and an iTero scan, we carefully assessed his smile. While the chips were visible, the deeper issue was a crossbite affecting his left side. This had gone unnoticed before, yet it was quietly influencing both function and appearance.
Chipped teeth and crossbite correction often go hand in hand. If the bite is not balanced, simply repairing edges will not give a stable or lasting result.
Correcting the Foundation First
We agreed on a structured plan. Alignment came first. Over 12 months of Invisalign treatment, his crossbite was corrected and his teeth were guided into a more harmonious position. This stage required patience, but it created the foundation needed for a refined, natural outcome.
Refining the Smile with Composite Bonding
Once alignment was complete, we moved to whitening followed by carefully placed composite bonding. The aim was not to overbuild, but to restore proportion and soften the chipped edges in a way that felt authentic to him.
This final stage brought everything together.
A Result That Feels Effortless
This transformation was about more than chipped teeth. It was about balance, structure and confidence. Now, there is no hesitation when Parwinder smiles. And that quiet shift often matters most.
Every smile has its own story. Sometimes, what looks like a small chip is part of something deeper. If you’re unsure where to start, book your consultation today.
