Joanna’s crowns had originally been placed more than 20 years ago to disguise tetracycline staining. They were now showing their age, but before replacing them, we needed to understand what was happening underneath.
X-rays revealed chronic infections beneath several teeth, while her gums needed specialist periodontal treatment. So instead of starting with new crowns, we started with health.
Following periodontal and root canal treatment with specialists, and once everything was stable, we could finally rebuild Joanna’s smile. The untreated back teeth were whitened before twelve new zirconia crowns were carefully designed and fitted.

The result: a brighter, more natural smile – but more importantly, healthy foundations underneath it.
